How do you say Happy New Year in Korean?

새해 복 많이 받으세요!
Happy New Year!
Saehae Bok Mani Badusaeyo

Informal form:

새해 복 많이 받아!
Happy New Year!
Saehae Bok Mani Badah

In Korea, people celebrate two new year dates. January 1st and Lunar New Yeark (usually occurs between the end of January to mid Feb)

새해 - Saehae, New Year
복 -  Bok, good fortune (福)
많이 - Mani, A lot
받으세요 - Badusaeyo, Get, Receive in polite form.
(for informal, 받아 - badah)

Literally, the phrase means "receive a lot of fortunes this new year".
