Same as I have in Korean. You just have to make your tone go up in the end of sentence. Like you're saying A:I went there. B:You did?

Formal _____ 가지고 있어요. gah ji go issuh yo?
Informal _______ 가지고 있어. gah ji go issuh?

ex. 볼펜 가지고 있어요?  Do you have a pen?

Or, you can just use 있어요.

Formal _____ 있어요?  issuh yo?
Informal ____ 있어? issuh?
